HAS THE GOSPEL MESSAGE LOST SOME OF ITS GLORY SINCE FIRST DELIVERED?

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.. And all was very good" [Gen 1:1, 27 and 31]. ("And won't He give the Spirit to them that ask Him?" Luke 11:13) ...God's rescue from the outcome of "missing the mark" sin "was finished from the foundation/creation of the world" [Heb 4:3]. "My word that goes out from my mouth will accomplish all I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it" [Is 55:11]. Perfect, makes no mistakes. Can lose nothing. Ultimately all will repent.. there may even "be weeping and gnashing of teeth" in "outer darkness" but - "In Christ all will be made alive! Each in his own order - those who are Christ’s at His coming, then the end when Christ hands the kingdom over to God the Father.. that He may be all in all" [1 Cor 15:22-28].

Todays Christian Universalism Lesson

[Romans 11:7-10]

This means that only a chosen few of the people of Israel found what all of them were searching for. And the rest of them were stubborn, just as the Scriptures say, `God gave to them a spirit of deep sleep, eyes not to see, and ears not to hear,' -- unto this very day, And David says: 'May their table become a snare and a trap, a stumbling block and a retribution for them. 10 May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs beneath a burden that will never be lifted.'

Now let's look at verse 10 as it's written in the interlinear Greek to English (links included):

Let's look at the Greek words originally written and translated to read as "For" "ever" -#1223 dia ►  through, on account of, because of, for the sake of#3946 pas ► all, every, the whole, every kind of,  ("each, every") means "all" in the sense of "each (every) part that applies." The emphasis of the total picture then is on "one piece at a time." 365 (ananeóō) then focuses on the part(s) making up the whole – viewing the whole in terms of the individual parts.
"For ever" would not be my first impression, yet it seems to be universally translated that way.

Could just as easily read, "..their backs beneath a burden on account of, or for the sake of, the whole/all."

1 Corinthians 15:22-27,28 - "For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in their own order: Christ the firstfruits, then at His coming those who belong to Him, then the end when He will hand the kingdom over to the Father, when He has annulled all dominion, authority and power, for He must reign until He puts all enemies under His feet, the last to be abolished being death.. And when all things have been subjected to Him, then He will subject Himself to the One who subjected all things under His authority, so that God may be all in all."

Revelation 20:14 - "Then death and hell were thrown into the lake of fire which is the second death." - 1 Corinthians 15:26 - "The last enemy to be abolished is death."

In conclusion / The very next verse:

Romans 11:11 -
 - King James Bible
I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

 - New International Version
Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious.

 - New Living Translation
Did God's people stumble and fall beyond recovery? Of course not! They were disobedient, so God made salvation available to the Gentiles. But he wanted his own people to become jealous and claim it for themselves.
[3863. parazéloó   properly, to apply heavy ("hot") pressure to provoke change]
